We do not share customers' information with any individuals or businesses. Customers will be added to an e-mail list to receive information about new varieties as we release them. Customers can opt out of receiving e-mails at any time.

Returns and Liability

We are committed to providing you with high quality seeds. If you are not satisfied with the performance of one of our varieties, please let us know within the year of purchase so that we can replace the product, issue store credit, or reimburse you for the price of the seed packet. The liability of Grand Prismatic Seed for loss or damage resulting from growing our varieties is limited to the refund or replacement of your seed packet. Seeds are only guaranteed to meet federal germination requirements during the year purchased. We test seed lots annually.

Shipping

We will ship orders within three business days of purchase unless we have a note on our homepage stating otherwise (due to vacation, zombie apocalypse, etc.). Excessive heat can lower the germination rate of your seeds. If you are ordering during summer months, make sure to check your mail regularly to keep them from roasting in your mail box!
