(Cosmos sulphureus)

This variety has similarities to Tango Cosmos, but is substantially more compact, and has a variety of colors from yellow to deep orange. You’ll also see an array of petal types from single petaled plants to semi-doubled. Ladybird Cosmos is great for patios and pots, and maxes out at 2-2.5’ instead of the 4’ that Tango Cosmos will reach.

Direct sow seeds when soils have warmed, or start indoors and transplant after danger of frost has passed. An excellent pollinator plant.
