We love this quirky dyer’s coreopsis cultivar! The skinny bicolored petals are excellent for bundle dyeing, and the whole plant can be utilized for dyeing natural fibers.

Like the dyer’s coreopsis mix we offer, this flower can be used to get beautiful oranges, browns, and rusty reds depending on mordants and modifiers. We direct sow in early spring as they don’t prefer to be transplanted.
