Atriplex hortensis

A striking blend of ruby gold, triple purple, and green orach. These varieties were grown together and allowed to cross-pollinate, so you may discover some interesting crosses as well!

Orach has a slight salty flavor which makes it a fun addition to a mixed green salad. After it has bolted, you can either save your seeds for replanting the following year, or cut the flower/seed heads to put in fresh flower arrangements.
